Artist Caroline Blum
Caroline Blum grew up in Northern California, where the light and color had a tremendous influence on her work. Her first drawings were of flowers and she still enjoys drawing and painting imaginary ones today.
What interests her about flowers are their colors, their petals and centers, and the fact that each one is so different from the next. She paints with acrylics on canvas, and her other subjects include still life's, landscapes and portraits.
