Shipping

When placing an order, please be sure that all of your shipping information is correct and complete. 
Incorrect or incomplete shipping information may result in additional address correction charges that
will be the responsibility of the customer.  Shipping times are estimated therefore we cannot refund 
or guarantee arrival times for ground shipments.  Items requiring urgency and a guaranteed delivery
date should contact us at: info@homeandgiftboutique.com in order to ensure that you receive the
items in a timely manner.  

 While we do not inflate shipping costs, there are some locations and orders that may be subject to 
additional charges.  These include remote or rural locations, Military addresses, Alaska & Hawaii. 
Many of our furniture and accessory items are drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer. Certain 
items, such as larger furniture pieces, require extra care and incur a Delivery Surcharge which will 
be listed on the item descriptions as well.  In the event that an item you ordered has been back ordered, 
we will notify you prior to processing your order. At that time you will be able to choose to either proceed 
with your order or to cancel it.

Please allow 4 -5 business days for processing of personalized items from receipt of order, Saturday & 
Sunday excluded. 

 Returns

At Home & Gift Boutique, we stand behind our service, our products and our customers. 

That is why we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee behind every purchase. If, for any reason, you or 
your  gift recipient is not completely satisfied with your gift, we'll exchange it or refund the credit card
 used for  purchase (excluding shipping charges).  Flowers cannot be accepted for return after 7 days 
and plants cannot be accepted for return after 30 days.  All other items must  be received back in new 
and original condition within 15 days. Original shipping charges are not refunded on returns/exchanges. 

A 10% re-stocking charge will apply on all orders that are canceled or returned. This does NOT apply to 
product exchanges or any errors caused by our company.  We will refund you the price of the product once 
items are received back to us in new condition.  Customers are responsible for the shipping costs back to us
for a return.

(Note: We apologize in advance for not accepting returns on “personalized” items. Please ensure that all the
 personalization information is accurate when placing your order.

Please contact our customer service department prior to returning the item so that we can inform you of
 return authorization number and address.  Our staff is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
