Shipping:

Home and Gift Boutique provides several methods of shipping to offer the best quality and price for your product.  Most items will be sent via UPS, Fed Ex or Priority Mail with the following lead times:

    * UPS/Fed Ex Standard Service: 5-7 business days
    * Priority USPS Mail Service: 2 -3 business days

Shipping times are estimated therefore we cannot guarantee arrival times for ground shipments.  Items requiring urgency and a guaranteed delivery date should contact us at: info@homeandgiftboutique.com

An extra charge may be applied for next day or 2-day air shipping.  We CAN provide next day air, however this method can be quite costly.

Items that have a freight charge like Rugs, Cribs, Beds etc. require additional shipping cost.

Delivery Time:

Delivery times do vary but most products as noted ship within 1-2 days. Some of our products are hand made and or painted at the time your order is placed. Please allow the time noted in the product details for the completion estimate and also allow 4-5 days for shipping.

Please allow 3-4 business days for processing of personalized items from receipt of order, Saturday and Sunday excluded.

Returns and Exchanges:

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to exchange or refund it.

Please note: Custom made and personalized items are not returnable. In general rugs and furniture are subjected to a nominal manufacture's restocking fee if returned.

Please return items within 10 days of receipt in new condition with the manufacture's tag attached.   Shipping costs associated with free or discounted shipping may apply to returned items.

If you receive a damaged freight shipment, please note the damage on the bill of lading before the delivery truck leaves. We will work with the manufacture and delivery company to repair or replace the damaged item as soon as possible.

Sales Tax:

Sales tax applies to all orders shipped to a California address. There is no sales tax charged for any other state.
